Confidentiality

All Clinicians and members of staff at Practice 3 have a duty to respect and maintain patient confidentiality. Furthermore, subject to service provision requirements, contracts with third-party healthcare individuals and organisations such as locum doctors, nurses, clinical agencies and pharmacists who have a professional duty of confidentiality.

If you have any concerns or objections in relation to your information being shared with other healthcare professionals, please contact Mrs Debbie Milton, Practice Manager.

No personal information will be passed on to any other sources without the patients consent

Chaperone

If you would like a chaperone to be present during your consultation please ask the receptionist when booking your appointment. If you book your appointment online please add your request to the comments box.

Our practice nurse or our healthcare support worker act as chaperones. They have both received accredited training. 

Patients will be offered a chaperone if their consultation requires an intimate examination.
