Telephone Consultations

If you would like to speak to a doctor about your medical condition and not attend the Practice face to face,  please call and ask the receptionist/care navigator to assist you.  The care navigator may advise you,  that a face to face consultation is more appropriate for your medical condition.  For example, If a patient tells the care navigator that they think they have a chest infection, they will be asked to attend as  an examination by a doctor may be required.

Video Consultations 

We may offer you a video consultation if it is appropriate for your medical condition. Please read the patient information sheet for instructions.
