Failure to Attend a Booked  Appointment 

To cancel or rearrange an appointment please contact the practice on 01685 351493  as soon as you know you will be unable to attend so we may release your appointment to another unwell patient. You may also cancel an appointment vis the NHS Wales App. This can be accessed 24/7 from your home.

We would appreciate your assistance with this as missed appointments are unwelcome for patients and staff.

Practice 3 have a DNA (Did Not Attend) policy in place for patients who miss their booked appointments. Patients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments without cancelling may be removed from the surgery list in order to maintain a high standard of service to our other patients.

Practice 3 send text messages to our patients to reminder them of an up and coming appointment. If you have not received a text reminder, please let us know so we may check we have your most up to date contact details.
