How to Access our Services

How to Make an Appointment

Please call and speak to our Care Navigators who will assist you in making the right type of appointment, at the right time and with the right person to help you.

We offer both telephone and face-to-face appointments every day of the week at the patient's choice. Sometimes when a patient requests a telephone appointment, the Care Navigator will advise a face to face appointment if they think it would be more appropriate or if there is a need for an assessment.

The Care Navigators will ask explain briefly to explain the reason your appointment request so they can offer you an appropriate appointment in the Practice or signpost patients to other services such as our in house physiotherapists. All our staff are trained in the importance of sensitivity and  confidentiality.

You may also book via the NHS Wales App. Please check our Practice Team page to see if you are booking with our Practice Nurse, Nicola or our HCSW, Sarah as they have different roles.

You may prefer to use eConsult, our online service where you can consult with a healthcare professional online. Please note that the healthcare professional will often respond in an electronic message , so please check your email. Please do not use eConsult for urgent matters
