GP Activity data

The General Medical Services Contract in Wales requires GP practices to report on specific areas of practice activity on a monthly basis for submission to Health Boards and the Welsh Government. Practices are expected to share this information with our patients using an infographic which the NHS Wales Digital Team collates for us. 

The Practice will aim to share this information monthly on our website and FaceBook page.  

Please note that not all GP practice activity is collected, for example, the following is not included 

Incoming mail
Our activities as a medical student teaching practice
Engagement as part of the Merthyr Tydfil Collaborative with other primary care services and links with stakeholders
